NOTICE TO APPLICANTS: At the time of acceptance (after orientation), the USACG Project forms a contractual agreement with all models governing the creation of model portfolios, the proposal of project assignments, image copyright, payments and royalties, and associated production work performed by third parties. Accordingly, potential models must be of legal age to enter into contractual agreements in the States of California and Nevada. To meet this requirement, models must be 18 years of age or older at the time of contractual agreement. Models under 18 may be accepted for consideration of a limited classification of projects, however all agreements and other documents in those cases must be reviewed and signed by a parent or legal guardian prior to acceptance, and may be subject to an in-person conference prior to such acceptance.
